Case Study 1: How a local chiropractic practice doubled its new patient inquiries and ultimately relocated to a bigger office to accommodate the influx of patient volume
Markson Chiropractic practice faced a common challenge: obtaining steady new patient inquiries online. Their solution? Embracing SEO, social media marketing, and community events. They began services with Page One Digital in 2014, and have been utilizing our support ever since!
The Approach
From the very beginning, we've been providing SEO services for Markson Chiropractic. Based on local competition and search interest, an ongoing SEO strategy has been the top priority for Markson Chiropractic in order to maintain a healthy digital presence.
Over the years, Markson Chiropractic has also utilized our support to establish a social media strategy that their own staff can manage, as well as a strategy for their staff to identify and book local community events to build brand awareness.
The Results
Markson Chiropractic was able to double its new patient inquiries and increase its overall patient volume steadily for several years. In early 2022, they relocated to a larger office space to better handle the additional patient volume. Since moving offices, they've been able to bring on an additional chiropractor and add new services into their practice as well. Dr. Markson has been so happy with his results over the years that he has referred us to several clients, including his father's life coaching business and his sister's therapy center, both of whom have also had great results with our marketing efforts.
So far in 2024, the content we've published for them accounts for 71% of their website traffic (clicks) from Google Search. From Jan. 1 to Sept. 15, 2024, we've brought them over 11,000 new website visitors and 180 new patient inquiries (an average of 20 inquiries per month). These results are just from SEO support alone.

So far in 2024, the SEO content we've published for Williamsburg accounts for 88% of their website traffic (clicks) from Google Search, and traffic from Search accounts for 66% of their overall site traffic. From Jan. 1 to Sept. 15, 2024, our SEO support has brought them over 13,000 new website visitors and 180 new patient inquiries (an average of 20 inquiries per month).
Our digital advertising support averages an additional $4,600 per month return on investment (ROI) and is bringing in 15-20 new patient inquiries per month as well.

The last and possibly most inspiring chiropractic case study I want to share is from a client who started with us in February 2020.
Livingston County Chiropractic was referred to us by a client who was blown away by our advertising results. They had both been using the same marketing agency and comparing notes on the results. Our ads were so effective for Wills Chiropractic that he referred Dr. Kim Kidner our way.
The Approach
Dr. Kim's clinic is located in a rural area. So, we started by doing local research to establish a marketing strategy that would be customized to Kim's desired results and marketplace. We opted to move forward with both SEO and digital advertising support for this chiropractic clinic.
The Results
Despite the lockdown going into full effect only about a month after we started services for Livingston Chiropractic, we've helped them to have their best year in practice each year since 2020.
Thus far in 2024, the SEO content we've published for Livingston County Chiropractic accounts for 80% of their website traffic (clicks) from Google Search. From Jan. 1 to Sept 15, 2024, our SEO support has brought them over 3,500 new website visitors and over 60 new patient inquiries (avg. of 6 inquiries per month).
Our digital advertising support averages an additional $21,600 per month in additional revenue (after their ad spend and expense for our services are factored out) and is bringing in 7-10 new patient inquiries per month.
