This June will be KP Kreative’s seventh year in business. A lot has changed in the marketing world over the past seven years, but I’ve found that one thing remains vital – an effective marketing strategy. To celebrate our seventh year, I’ve come up with 7 ways to improve your marketing strategy and flourish in the coming year.
1. Market Your Products With Your Users in Mind
Business owners often think that a simple smartphone snap is enough to get people interested. However, what you see may be different to what other people see, so be sure to market your products effectively by using excellent imagery, content, and graphics!
2. Make Sure You Have an Accessible Place to Sell
Whether you’re selling products or services via ecommerce or have an actual store, always ensure people know they’ll be able to easily access their goods or services. Emphasize your shipping methods, estimated time of arrival (ETA), and accessibility to instill trust in your brand.
3. Ensure the Price is Right
Every customer has their own idea of value versus cost. So, your responsibility is to clearly highlight why your pricing is valid and fair, while underlining the value they’ll receive by paying the respective amount.
4. Promote Your Services
Promoting your services undoubtedly includes a variety of methods. But regardless of whether you’re using offline or online marketing, ensure you’re communicating your respective products or services on the appropriate channels and platforms to lure in the audience you’re targeting.
5. Instill Trust
There are so many scams out there, and people know it. If you have verifiable endorsements or reviews, however, people are much more likely to trust word of mouth as opposed to hearsay. If you are a local brand and have local endorsements, even better!
6. Have the Right People on Your Marketing Team
As with anything in life, having the right people on your team can make the world of difference. People appreciate friendliness and patience, which is exactly what you should be looking for when hiring a marketer.
7. Make Things as Easy as Possible
Again, accessibility is crucial to customer loyalty. In fact, if you’re selling a product or service, one mishap in delivery can adversely impact your reputation. Make sure you run a tight ship in delivering your products or services to your customers and highlight this process clearly.
