How to Market Yourself this Fourth of July

Independence Day is the holiday everyone looks forward to most in the summer! A day filled with BBQ, friends, family, and fireworks.! Use this upcoming holiday (and the excitement surrounding it) to promote your business this July!

Provide Discounts or Promotional Items:

4th of July is a great time to provide discounts to your clients.! Many businesses provide special promotional items. Think about creating 4th of July themed products or services. Or if you offer services, consider hosting a 4th of July event of giveaway. Giveaways are a great way to get people excited and you’ll be able to connect with potential clients.

Make your customers feel special:

Rather than focus on selling your products or services, give some love to your existing customers as well! Interact with your loyal customers online by sharing their social media posts/stories on 4th of July. Share their stories and posts on your page by highlighting fun activities and how they are spending the holiday. Giving them a shout out will make them feel special and appreciated, and promote further engagement and partnerships.

Show up to local events/parties:

If you’ve been following our blog you know we endorse attending local events. But seriously, it’s such an easy thing to do and truly gives you the opportunity to see your customers face-to-face. Chances are there will be a parade, fireworks show, or fair. Showing up for your community will show consumers that you are involved and willing to participate. Help set up, bring food or run your own booth. However you decide to help out just make sure you bring promotional items to give out to potential customers.

These are just a few tips to help you take advantage of this year’s Independence Day. Remember to have fun with the holiday and use it as an opportunity to network and get your business at the forefront. For more marketing tips, contact one of our experts today.
