Make sure your content, graphics, and loading times are on par with Google’s metrics if you want your website to retain its rank.

Also, don’t worry if you don’t have AMP content as Google is expanding on the usage of non-AMP content.

Whether you’re developing your web page yourself or you’re a developer, here are some useful questions to ask yourself to ensure you measure-up with the coming updates:

  • Are you clearly stating your experience and expertise on your site?
  • Are you highlighting product or service capabilities and potential value?
  • Does your content accurately explain your competitive edge?

Though this update will gradually start rolling out in June, it will only operate at full swing by the end of August. This gives businesses enough time to measure their web pages and adapt to the new changes.
