When it comes to social media sites there are plenty of options. Just like each business is different, so is each social media site. Some of the more popular social sites like Facebook and Twitter may seem like a good idea, but the truth is they might not be the right fit for your company. So if you want to mix it up a bit there are many other ways for your business to be social online. One social site worth checking out is Pinterest.

When I was working for Onyx, I made a video for our clients explaining the importance of social media. Social Media is a hot topic when it comes to business. Some people claim that it is just another fad and that it doesnʼt make that big of a difference. Some people simply donʼt understand the way that social media works and donʼt bother learning because they donʼt think itʼs important. This resistance to adapt to change, at least in my experience, is common. So I decided to channel Dr. Seuss and explain social media in a fun and simple way.

There has been an ongoing joke in my family that I am the Little Miss Chatterbox character from Roger Hargreaves Little Miss books. She talks all the time, even in her sleep.
