While your staff is likely capable of doing some things for you (i.e. posting to your social media profiles), they are not marketing experts. It would be similar to a patient asking you if they can have their spouse adjust their spine. Sure, some bones would move, but would the results be optimal?
We cannot promise you specific figures up front without first reviewing your market. While we do know what works to attract chiropractic patients, we don’t know what is going on in your area (patient interest, competitors, etc.). Anyone who is promising you large figures up-front is likely not going to be able to deliver consistent results. We take a deep dive into your marketplace to tell you exactly what will work for you and what results we think are achievable.
- Just like in chiropractic care, things have to all be aligned and working together to see optimal results. That said, the various services we offer have different timelines to expect to see an ROI within your practice though these may vary based on your specific market:
- Digital Advertising: The results here will be almost immediate upon the campaign's launch. This is the fastest way to get more new patients into your practice. Tailoring the campaigns to get you your ideal type of patient can take about 1-2 months.
- SEO: This is a long play but is designed to bring the most qualified leads over time. You can expect to begin to see results about 30 days after these services go into effect, but the results will vary based on search interest in your area.
- Social Media: While social media marketing can attract new patients into your practice, it is mainly designed to stay connected to your existing patient base and your local community. The results (for engagement) can be achieved within about 1-2 weeks.
While some of the services we provide can certainly be scaled up or down, constantly changing the cadence of a campaign can cause you to lose momentum. Equity and trust are a major factor when it comes to successful marketing so intermittent efforts are not the best path forward.
While AI is a great tool for certain elements of marketing, it is not the end-all-be-all. Marketing in the healthcare industry requires a good amount of diligence to adhere to policies and best practices. Most AI tools are only as good as the person who is prompting them. So it is important for someone who understands AI to be the one using it and making sure that its output is appropriate. We can (and do) use AI where it makes sense for your practice.
While we can get by with stock images and photos, our marketing efforts will always yield a higher result with real videos and images of you (and your staff). If you are camera-shy, we can help! We make it very easy for our clients to get us what we need regularly. You’ll have guidance every step of the way.
It all depends on your goals. There are different demographics on the varying social media platforms. We will make recommendations based on our consultation. However, it is common practice for us to manage:some text

If we do not directly manage a platform for you, we will provide you with guidelines and recommendations to manage it on your end. For example, for a platform like TikTok that requires filming videos in real-time, we’d provide you with a list of video ideas and guidelines as to how to film the videos on your end.
